Who is leading the work for Dementia Friendly Hampshire?
Our Charity lead is Jane Ward. She has been working on the Dementia Friendly Hampshire project since the start back in 2013. She was one of the founders of the Charity which took over the project at the end of the Hampshire County Council funding in 2015.
Jane is an ex-carer for her Mum who had Vascular Dementia, she is heavily involved in Dementia Research and is part of the Alzheimer’s Society Research Network. Jane also volunteers for Dementia Adventure.
