Using our extensive network of contacts and members, together with a wide range of resources and knowledge, we bring together various organisations and partnerships to help create unique and innovative projects and services that will really make a difference to people affected by dementia, enabling them to enjoy their community and be part of it.
Some of the projects we are currently working on include:
- Accessible (Cage) Cricket – an adaptation of the game of cricket which will enable people with dementia and their families to on enjoying playing the game together.
- Memory Days – A Partnership with Hampshire Cricket and 1864
- Gardening
- Accessible Walking 4 Health
If you have an idea for a project that you think will benefit people affected by dementia in their community, let us know!
